Am at a loss...

I feel as though I ought to write something...because its been a couple of days and silence does not a blog make.

Some random notes
1) I was on the bus three days back and got to hear a crazy man tell a woman how Jesus drops by and chills at his place
2) Maria Shriver is a very funny woman
3) Oprah isn't half-bad
4) Recently revisited my M.A. and I may have to rethink my concept of nationalism

Do the chimichanga

Chimichanga: A deep-fried burrito.

Believe am to write out short little blips and posts, rather than wait around for days and write a novel...suppose I will eventually get the hang of blogging.

Blogging: "But what bloggers do is completely new - and cannot be replicated on any other medium. It's somewhere in between writing a column and talk radio. It's genuinely new. And it harnesses the web's real genius - its ability to empower anyone to do what only a few in the past could genuinely pull off. In that sense, blogging is the first journalistic model that actually harnesses rather than merely exploits the true democratic nature of the web. It's a new medium finally finding a unique voice." (Andrew Sullivan)

Ate a chimichanga yesterday evening for the first time and was up all night, most certainly due to the chimichanga. Much too large, much too greasy. Have already gone for a run this morning, and am most certain the chimi was running after me (perhaps in the form of adding itself to my bum).

Note to Self: Never eat anything that sounds like an awkwardly funky dance step. "One step forward, two steps back, turn, chimichanga, drop, and stop. Bravo!"
