perhaps, if one truly loves, then they have learned that already.
That was a beautiful article. I've bookmarked him space and will read others.
Thanks for the link.

Thought you might like this quote:
"Faith isn't faith until it is all you have to hold on to".(unknown author)
from your "other" anonymous (who promises to get a name ..
soon
or .. ASAP :-)
hi anonymous. Are you new here?
perhaps you're right. Maybe sorrow is the other to love, always?
Have you read the article? Sit in your home and read it quietly, it's beautiful. Sit next to an open window if you can...I think it's best read at night.
I hope you come back and give yourself a name. New faces are always welcome :)
thanks and hi again a fan :)
Hi my "anonymous" other - I love the quote. I am living that quote and breathing it! Shukran :)
I can't wait for you to choose a handle, yay!!
love,
maha
Hello, dear Maha....It's nightfall, my kids are sound asleep, I'm sitting at my dining room table with only one light to illuminate the room, my balcony door is open, I can hear the night sounds, someone somewhere is playing soft melodies on their guitar....and I'm reading "To Love", just like you suggested, at night by an open window. As I read & absorb this text into my psyche & let it make its way to my soul, I can feel the lump in my throat.
Maybe God is closer than I thought he was...
Chantal can I come over? I know you're way over there in Canada, but the sound of your home is warm and that makes me smile :)
The Quran teaches us that "God is closer to you than your jugular vein" and "Everywhere you turn is the Face of Allah" so yes, He's close to you always, Chantal. Always.
Be protected, love...
And I printed this article out and walked partway home after school - I sat beneath a tree in the shade and read the article again. It is something, isn't it?
love,
maha
