This is a really beautiful description of both your friend's home and house. Thank you for sharing and I too hope, inshalah, that they will always be this way with one another. Both K and M sound like wonderful people who choose just the right house.

I had trouble reading the last part because of the tears in my eyes. You really understand people deeply Maha and communicate that understanding in such a beautiful way. I just know that when the time comes you too will be part of a wonderful team and have a fabulously stylish house (ever though of taking up interior design?)

I think that idea meshes well with something I read recently. It spoke of how loving someone is to be willing to take down the wall until there is nothing separating you and yours, you are one, you are...the team of which you speak.

lovely!

I wish I had what K & M have. It's nice to know that some people actually find happiness and their team mate when so many of us go through life never knowing it.

I agree with Vanessa you really have a way ofunderstanding people, bitch. I'd be worried if I ever fought with you because you'd probably know more about what I saw than I did and then you'd shred me to shit. Lucky that you're more willing to see the good and not the bad in people, beeee-aw-tch.

I've been coming back to this post on a regular basis since you wrote it, and reading it over & over. I start commenting, then I stop. You have captured the essence of your friends....they are intrinsic to their home, and vice-versa. You wonder where the home ends & the couple begins... And you've eloquently put in words what many seek: sharing Life, building trust, knowing & loving someone for all that it's worth....no wonder this made us cry!

Thanks for this one, girl.
