(1) I fly out tomorrow.
Even though I will have access to the internet, I don't plan on responding to email unless it's some crazy emergency.
However, I will be blogging to keep you up-to-date on the fun I'm having, Inshallah. Also, I'll be posting all photos here, so keep this link bookmarked if you'd like to take the - at least - pictorial journey with me.

aww don't be sad, maria! colleen is right, we'll hang out with you! i know maha is happy when all the folks on her virtual home become friends, so let's have some rockstar hangingout sessions while we wait for maha.
we could talk about the weather (it's mid-morning here in northern california, and it rained earlier) or food (i'm about to go have the breakfast of champions - waffles with butter and syrup!). hope you're all having a great day so far. =)

i was flying from DC to California last night and had a stopover in Dallas, so i found some chocolate chip cookies and a BLUE RASPBERRY SLURPEE (or "slushie," as some call 'em), my favorite! and when i called my friend in philadelphia and told him about this, he said, "what kinda dinner is THAT?!" what an ... ADULT. it was the dinner of champions! clearly, he just didn't know.
lol, you all so cool! mwaaah
Slurpees ROCK, Yaz! I'm having a bag of chips and an aero bar for dinner ;) which is anOTHER dinner of champions! Maha's blog is going to turn into a culinary disaster area ;)
