Firstly, you've good company. And I would like to point out that keeping an orchid alive seems to be *actually* impossible -- so don't worry about that one. They live for apoptosis I guess. :)

Second? Jealous of your cala lily. JEALOUS I TELL YOU!

Lastly, I wonder if my KY turns brown on the edges because I *don't* mist it...?

yes I just called your plant KY

"KY"? LOL!!!!!

MAHA HAS KY IN HER OFFICE.

(You know you want to laugh.)

My grandfather used to grow orchids in a special room with temperature settings and a lot of attention. It's not easy.

Your cala lily is beautiful! Even after the bloom they can stay green throughout the winter, right? Do you have a lot of sunshine in your office, because that would explain why it's so vibrant.

KY looks bushy. HA HA HA HA HA!!!!

Happy Resurection, Christians! -LILY (named after the prettiest plant)

I am convinced that orchids aren't actually real. I don't know anyone who has ever been able to grow an orchid and kudos to you for even trying, Maha.

The lilies are beautiful and "KY" is very green.

Michelle your comment is funny :)

Oh you poor thing, Maha. I don't think anyone knows how to grow an orchid! You are indeed in good company :)

Your lilies look wonderful as does KY ;)

Reading your posts is such a wonderful thing, you are so full of innocence still and I hope you always remain that way.

love,
Colleen

I don't know why it didn't at all surprise me that you, lovely Michelle, found the dirty in the name ;)

"KY" is fine and thriving - if anything, he's really enjoying his home so fingers crossed he will stay as happy.

It pleases me that everyone's fu*ked up the orchid attempt and that one has to be some sort of genius to do it!

As for Hussy, she's still well!! As green as the day I bought her and her blooms have closed but are still holding on. Apparently this is quite normal; she will loose her bloom but maintain her green...and she will bloom again next year! Imagine!!
