The photos do remind me of N.Italy, Lake Garda in particular. I have always felt that Canada was a much closer match to Europe than the States. I’ve never been out West, but even Toronto feels more like England than Boston or New York. And Montreal and Quebec City, where my father’s family comes from, are not of this continent. Not to sound too selfish, but I miss the old exchange rate.

Maha.. please do not say Banff is “a place”, it is not.. it is a piece of heavan on earth.. absolutely gorgeous and the Bow river there is not just “a bow” but one bow after the other with incredible scenery of the mountains and water.. every turn is a completely different piece of beauty..

You drove a car that started with a button? Dude, almost all cars now start with buttons (not mine…..)!!!!! The guy’s got a fucking porsche, too? Is he a cattle wrangler or an oil man in Calgary?

I agree with Steve about the lucky guy that he’s made it into your blog. You deserve happiness that comes from men……they’re good for a lot of things!! If he’s a romantic interest, hopefully he’ll be smart enough to hold on tight to you.

I also agree with BB about the fact that Banff is a little peace of heaven on earth. There is notihng simple “place” about it!

Ok, so clearly, I’ve made some sort of gigantic mistake by calling “Banff” a place, rather than A Little Piece of Heaven”, which is how I shall refer to it from now on (mind you, I preferred Lake Louise….sorry!)

As for Calgary impressing my by it’s company >> yes, definitely. A Little Piece of Heaven impressing me without company? Yes…that too

And the Bow River is beautiful!!!!! I forgot about that…terrible of me.

LOL!!!! Steve that’s the STRANGEST q that’s been posed in a long time.

To be honest, though, I DON’T KNOW!!!!! I am going to take a gambly guess and say ‘yay’ to the q, rather than ‘nay’ if only because My New Friend is 6’3″, confident and fit >> and that combination usually makes for anyone giving a good anything that has to do with clothing.
