Maha - I'm also really sorry for your loss. Although it's never easy when someone dies, I hope that he and his family and friends were at least prepared.

i have to admit to doing a google search on Dave, because i was interested in knowing more about him. but google wasn't helpful. when you have the time and inclination, i would love to learn more about him.
