Quote of this day
It's possible I am pushing through solid rock
in flintlike layers, as the ore lies, alone;
I am such a long way in I see no way through,
and no space; everything is close to my face,
and everything close to my face is stone.
I don't have much knowledge yet in grieft --
so this massive darkness makes me feel small.
You be the master: make yourself fierce, break in:
then your great transforming will happen to me,
and my great grief cry will happen to you.
- Rainer Maria Rilke

"Your other anonymous"
Maha your quotes have always been a reflection of your mood and Rilke's poem about grief isn't a reassuring reflection. I've tried calling but your phone is off and I've just sent you a text message because YOU NEVER CHECK YOUR VOICEMAIL. Please check your email. Please call. All of my love.

Your eyes are beautiful. Your HOT.
Maha.. Did you see the book Warrior of the Light; A Manual by Paulo Coelho
" A warrior of Light often loses heart.
He believes that nothing can stir in him the emotion he desires. He is forced to spend many nights feeling that he is one of the vanquished, and nothing seems able to rsetore his enthusiasm.
His friends say: "Perhaps his fight is over."
The Warrior feels pain and confusion when he hears such remarks because he knows that he has not yet reached the place he wanted to reach. But he is stubborn and refuses to relinquish his aims.
Then, when he least expects it, a new door opens."
Maha this poem is so sad :(
Don't be blue! Don't be blue :(
Love,
Maria
I don't like this quote - it's much too sad, Maha. Considering the newer posts I'm hoping this was just a momentary sadness :)
love,
Colleen
All is well, all is well - in this short moment, the quote felt right. It passed quickly enough :) but your concern is heartwarming...overwhelming, in fact.
